I've been an avid photographer for many years. I got my first
35mm Olympus SLR in the 1970's. I got so involved in
photography that I took the next step and set up a Color
Darkroom in my basement. I soon became frustrated with the use
of chemicals, temperature controls, timing, etc., and the not so
great photos that I was able to develop.

With the advent of Digital Photography, my interest was sparked
once again. I am on my third digital camera now, A Nikon D80
DSLR. I really like the control an DSLR Camera gives me. I also
enjoy the ease of editing photos on the computer. I use several
software programs in the editing of my photos.

Many of my photos are printed straight from the camera with just
a small amount of editing. What I really enjoy is taking a photo and
creating a piece of Photo Art by manipulating the photo to create
a special mood or time period effect.

As you look through my gallery, I am sure you'll discover the type
of photos I most like to shoot. Colorado Scenery is hard to beat. I
also enjoy trains, both old and new. You'll find many shots from
old cemeteries in Colorado. I started combing cemeteries several
years ago while researching my ancestors. I am a Colorado
Native. My ancestors first came to Colorado in the 1880's.

Please come back often. I will be adding more photos.
